These are all of the Stila's Smudge Stick Waterproof Eyeliners.
They are strong against water, highly pigmented, and extremely soft.
They really are the smudge pots in pencil form.
the pencil is propell type and once the pencil lid is out in the air, it doesnt go back down.
so you have to be careful.
